Terms & Conditions — two777

To register and maintain a Player Account on two777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. two777 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 — this is above the internationally common 18-year threshold and reflects the social norms and legal landscape applicable to the Indonesian market context in which we primarily operate.
2. You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, trusts, automated accounts, and bots are not eligible to hold Player Accounts.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of two777 or any of its associated companies.
6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a currently active self-exclusion with two777.

Each individual may hold one (1) Player Account only. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to promptly update this information should any of it change.

• Registration requires a valid email address and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• two777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.
• You must notify two777 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account sharing — allowing any third party to access or operate your Player Account — is strictly prohibited.
• two777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

two777 is required by its international licensing authority to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on all Player Accounts prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, at any point during the account lifecycle. KYC is a fundamental anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering (AML) control.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Maximum single deposit: Rp 50.000.000 (higher limits available upon request for verified VIP accounts).
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance after payment confirmation, typically within 1–5 minutes for e-wallets and 5–15 minutes for bank transfers.
• two777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.

• One bonus per player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Wagering requirements are calculated on settled bets only; void, cancelled, or drawn bets do not count towards turnover.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is valid only when it is confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference number is generated. Bets placed during system outages, connectivity errors, or within the void period declared for a specific event are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed on each market or game before placement. Limits may vary by game type, event, and account tier.

• Void markets: two777 reserves the right to void any market due to erroneous odds, data-feed failure, event cancellation, or force majeure. Voided bets have stakes returned to the Real Money Balance.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding a bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
• Palpable errors: Odds published as a result of a manifest error (e.g., a football match priced at 1.01 where the correct market price is 1.85) may be voided at two777's discretion. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their accounts reviewed.

• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contains an error or inaccuracy attributable to a third-party data provider.
• Any unauthorised access to your Player Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

two777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, including providing false registration details, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
• You have engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may expose the Company to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Continuing to provide services to you would require us to violate applicable law or our licensing obligations.
• You have charged back a deposit or disputed a transaction through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting two777's internal dispute resolution process.

Upon closure for cause, two777 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Balance and all associated winnings. Real Money Balance funds (verified deposits) will be returned to you in accordance with applicable law and our licensing obligations, subject to the completion of any ongoing AML review.

You may close your Player Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be settled to your registered payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which two777 holds its international gaming licence.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
